1. Originality

Our conference firmly resists the plagiarism, self-plagiarism. Before submission, it is suggested to make a cross check to ensure that your manuscript similarity is under 30% (better less than 20%).

The authors should provide the results of the  plagiarism check. You can use the site like this:

2. Review processing

Review processing will be carried out in two stages:  preliminary review and double-blind peer review.

1)The Preliminary Review

A primary review of  the manuscript by PC chairs for its compliance with the subject matter and conference requirements. The papers will be checked in terms of plagiarism, paper length, structure, research topics and language etc. If the Preliminary Review fails, the paper may be rejected before the double-blind peer review stage.

2)The Double-Blind Peer Review

The authors' personal information will be deleted or covered before the double-blind peer review.

The papers will be reviewed by three reviewers,  they will review the papers’ relevance, originality, technical quality, significance and presentation. These three reviewers' evaluation results with "accept or reject" as their overall opinion, so that a paper will be selected if it has majority-owned.

The reviewer should account for their reviewing decision by providing the sufficient, substantial and well-founded comments that may help the authors to optimize the paper.

After receiving the review comments, the authors are entitled to the rebuttal and its’ feedback. But the final review decision will not be changed in virtue of that.

The PC chairs team will decide and give final notice to the author via the ICAIE website as well as email notices.
