(1) One regular registration can cover a paper with 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. If the length of the paper exceeds FIVE PAGES, the cost of EACH EXTRA PAGE is 50 US dollars. 

(2) Each paid registration covers only one paper. 

(3) For the accepted paper,  at least one of authors needs pay for registration fee before the deadline.

(4) Registration fee for each participants (Listeners) is  100 U.S. Dollars. 

(5) Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.

For papers accepted after reviewing, we have already sent the Acceptance Letter to the author's email.

Please  complete the registration by following the Author Registration Instructions.

Kindly pay for registration fees, and send both registration form and a scanned receipt from your bank to above Email (icaie2022@gmail.com) before Dec. 15, 2022. If you have not pay for your paper in that time, your paper will be not be published.

- the registration form with all items filled

- the signed copyright

- the remittance receipt from the bank

2. All papers should format with IEEE CPS format strictly, if your paper not format with it, your paper will not be published. We strongly encourage you revised your paper by using the templates provided below.

The length of the paper should not exceed 5 pages without extra pages fees.

   • The site contains extensive instructions, resources, and helpful hints.
   • Through your PDF eXpress account, you may submit your source application files for conversion to PDF, and/or submit PDFs for checking.
   • You will have the opportunity to revise your submission if you are not satisfied with the PDF that PDF eXpress creates for you, or if the system finds problems with your paper, or if your PDF fails the PDF Check.
   • Technical support via email and telephone is available if you experience trouble in creating your PDF.
   • If there is a problem with your file, you will receive an e-mail detailing the problem(s). Otherwise the system will e-mail you a copy of your IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file.

At least one author for every accepted paper is required to register for participation in the Conference by Dec. 15, 2022. In order to confirm whether your article is registered, please pay the registration fee in the authors' own name. Late registrations are welcome but your paper will not be included in the proceedings of the conference.

4.Acceptance Letter and Invoice

Acceptance letter will be sent to the author if the submission is accepted. Then the registration can be completed. Registration invoice will be provided after the registration.
