Steps to submiting your papers

Step 1: Submit your papers

  • Please submit your papers via easy chair.
  • In case that you can not access easy chair, please send your paper(s) to us via email: icaie2022@gmail.com
  • All submissions should be originality, technical quality and will not be published elsewhere. Plagiarism in any form is not allowed, the authors should be responsible for the papers seriously.

Step2: Paper format and review process

  • Please prepare your paper in MS WORD or PDF format.
  • Authors are invited to submit full papers, short papers in English.
  • All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 3 reviewers.

Setp3: Formatting and templates

The following is paper templates, the author should use the template to prepare your paper.  The following templates below, are general templates designed for conferences using an US Letter (8.5″ x 11″) trim size.

  • Upload your paper in two column format via the following system in PDF format, or you can submit your paper in the final manuscript format.
  • The format of the final manuscript should be in a two-column format and 5 pages for full paper, 3 pages for short papers, or 2 pages for poster papers in length.  There will be an added charge for extra pages and additional papers. 

Setp4: Acceptance and Registration

  • Late registration fees or paper submissions will result in the papers being excluded from the conference proceedings.
  •  Only one paper of up to 5 pages is included in the regular registration fee. There will be an added charge for extra pages and additional papers.
